Vincent He is a Solicitor at WMG Legal and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021. He obtained a Bachelor of Law (Civil Law) in China and Juris Doctor from University of New South Wales, followed by a Graduate Diploma at the College of Law.
After his admission, Vincent has practiced in a vast range of property, conveyancing and immigration matters. He is committed and passionate in providing his clients with practical and efficient solutions to their matters.
Vincent speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, he is able to assist in any of these languages, Vincent has assisted clients from a wide variety of backgrounds since commencing of his practice.

Imran obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Northumbria University, UK and decided to pursue his Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales followed by Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Sydney, Australia.

Wayne Warton is the Principal Solicitor/Director of WMG Legal. Wayne was admitted to practice in 2004 following an extensive career as a senior manager in one of Australia’s major insurance companies.
Following his admission, Wayne worked as a corporate lawyer in two large national law firms. Wayne has extensive experience in conveyancing, including residential and commercial property, leasing, buying and selling of businesses, dispute resolution and litigation, wills and estates, personal injury claims including ACT as well as work and motor vehicle accidents.
Wayne is client-focused, compassionate and approachable. He uses his astute legal knowledge to find practical legal solutions for his clients.
