Chris Malfone is one of the Principal Solicitors and a Director at WMG Legal. He is a highly experienced property and commercial solicitor with over a decade of legal practice across the ACT and NSW. Known for his sharp commercial acumen and industry-specific insight, Chris brings a depth of experience that few in the field can match—particularly in the areas of property development, construction, and complex commercial transactions.

Chris has advised on property transactions exceeding $1 billion in value over the past five years, acting for sellers, buyers, investors, and developers ranging from private individuals to larger-scale developers. His reputation is built on delivering prompt, practical and commercially sound solutions that drive results.
