Wayne Warton is one of the Principal Solicitors and a Director of WMG Legal. He was admitted to legal practice in 2004, following a distinguished career in senior management roles across several of Australia’s leading insurance companies.
After his admission, Wayne worked as a corporate lawyer with two prominent national law firms, gaining extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas. He now brings this wealth of knowledge to WMG Legal, where he advises both businesses and individuals.
Wayne has developed particular expertise in conveyancing (residential and commercial), commercial leasing, corporate and contract law, business transactions. His practice also encompasses estate planning including, wills and powers of attorney, as well as probate and deceased estate matters in both the ACT and NSW.
